First, I am 6 feet tall even and I weigh about 200 lbs. My waist size in 36-37 inches. I ordered the XL and it fit me well in both the length and waist. I wanted to try these pants out as an alternative to my normal work pants. The material is very lightweight and feels decently durable. They stretch a good amount at the waist.
The fabric is a bit weird on the inside at first, but you get used to it quickly. They also handle moisture well, which is a huge plus. Overall, if you're looking for some lightweight options for work pants, try these; you might like them.

These pants fit great from the start. They were hemmed nicely and the pants look and feel great! The stretch band is a welcome feature sometimes if I have too much to eat at a fancy dinner. These pants fit my husband as expected and he says they are very comfortable. The expandable waist is nice for those times when we go to an "all you can eat" buffet!
The fabric has a quality feel to it and the construction is neat. No loose threads or unfinished seams. They wash and dry well. I put them in the dryer even though the care tag says to dry flat.
I like the way he looks in these pants and he likes the way they feel. That's a win for both of us.
